Introduction to Meditation is a meditation workshop in which you will learn the basics from why we would want to meditate to how to do it. How do we set up our meditation space? How long do we meditate? What do we focus on? What are some techniques to help us overcome distractions? The workshop will include some guided meditations and provide plenty of time for questions.
